Job Description & Summary: Seeking a Product Manager for Legal Tech to own the product roadmap and improve legal workflows, compliance, and automation. Ideal experience includes CLM, risk & compliance, SaaS/API/cloud technologies, Agile, and working with both legal and technical stakeholders. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Finance Product Owner\GCC_Advisory_Bangalore(India) Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap for legal tech solutions leveraging finance domain and complaince , such as contract lifecycle management, e-discovery, compliance automation, or legal research.. Use product and user data to guide decisions. Mandatory skill sets: 4–6 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a technical or legal tech setting. Good understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with legal workflows, document automation, and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Strong written and verbal communication. Able to work with both technical and legal stakeholders. Preferred skill sets: Experience in any of these areas: Contract lifecycle management (CLM) Risk and compliance management Case management Source-to-contract management Basics of the finance procure-to-pay cycle Years of experience required: 5 to 8 Years Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA/ Any Finance Degree
