| Responsibilities: | · Develop and execute Functional, Automation, and Performance Testing strategies for enterprise applications. · Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements. · Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools. · Conduct API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, and SOAP UI. · Perform performance, load, stress, and endurance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner. · Perform database testing and data validation using SQL queries. · Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. · Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. · Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. · Analyze test results and prepare quality assurance reports. · Ensure compliance with security, performance, and usability standards. |
| Mandatory skill sets: | · 3–6 years of experience in Functional Testing, Automation Testing, and Performance Testing. · Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent automation frameworks. · Strong experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI. · Experience in performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad. · Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, and QA methodologies. · Experience in database testing and SQL query writing. · Knowledge of JSON, XML, web services, and REST APIs. · Experience testing SSO, SMS Gateway, Email Services, Payment Gateway, and SFTP integrations. · Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools. · Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution. |
| Preferred skill sets: | · Experience in government or public sector digital transformation projects. · Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python for test automation scripting. · Experience with Microservices-based application testing. · Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms. · Experience in Security Testing and Vulnerability Assessment. · Knowledge of accessibility and cross-browser testing standards. · Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. |
