Job Description : Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_MEAN Stack_Digital Integration_Advisory_Gurugram Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled MEAN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservice-based web applications. The ideal candidate will work across the full stack—MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js—and collaborate closely with product, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions. This role involves writing clean maintainable code, ensuring security, debug, troubleshoot, building data-driven AI applications, implementing RESTful APIs, and optimizing performance. Candidates should have experience in working AI driven development environment leveraging AI tools and should have optional working skills in Python and Databricks. --- Key Responsibilities Frontend (Angular) · Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular 18+ · Build reusable components and manage state using RxJS/Reactive Forms/Config Driven Form/Routing/AUTH Guard/Module Architecture/Signals · Integrate frontend with REST APIs · Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization · Implement role-based UI and data visualizations (charts, dashboards) Backend (Node.js & Express.js) · Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js · Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth) · Handle business logic, validations, and error handling · Hands-on Experience in integrating cache and Redis system. Database (MongoDB) · Design efficient MongoDB schemas · Write optimized queries and aggregations (lookups, group, facet, unwind, etc.) · Ensure data consistency and integrity · Handle large datasets and performance tuning Microservices & Communication · Practical experience designing and implementing microservices architecture in production environments. · Understanding of inter-service communication (REST, asynchronous messaging like Kafka/RabbitMQ/Bull queue, event-driven architecture). · Familiarity with service discovery, API gateways, and handling distributed systems concerns (logging, tracing, circuit breaking) DevOps & Quality · Proven experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure. · Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts). · Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, build and release pipelines, environment configurations, automated deployments and version control (Git) Mandatory skill sets: · Strong experience in MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node) · Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) · Experience with RESTful APIs · Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design · Knowledge of Git/GitHub · Familiarity with JWT, authentication & authorization · Experience in Microservices architecture and asynchronous messaging · Knowledge on development using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Genie etc. Database & Backend · Strong understanding of MongoDB (indexes, aggregations) · Knowledge of async programming and event-driven architecture · Experience handling performance and scalability issues Preferred skill sets: · Experience with Python/Databricks · Experience with application monitoring and logging tools (DataDog, Rancher, VeraCode) · Exposure to Databricks Years of experience required: 3 to 7 Years Education qualification: B.E./B.Tech
