Job Description & Summary: Support credit scoring and credit rating activities in line with established processes, policies, and control standards. Analyze different types of clients operating in global markets, including how they conduct business and behave in market environments, to support credit assessment approaches. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Rating Analyst_Advisory_Pune Responsibilities: Apply understanding of credit risk fundamentals, financial indicators, and business model analysis to assess creditworthiness. Review client information, financial data, market intelligence, and supporting documentation to assist in credit analysis and ongoing monitoring. Demonstrate awareness of Moody's and S&P rating methodologies and use that knowledge to support internal credit evaluation approaches. Identify exceptions, data gaps, or inconsistencies and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to obtain required information and ensure timely completion of analysis. Maintain appropriate documentation, audit trail, and process records in internal systems. Contribute to process improvement, data quality, and operational efficiency initiatives within the team. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Relevant experience in credit risk, credit scoring, credit rating, financial analysis, market operations, or credit services. Good understanding of credit scoring or credit rating concepts and the factors that influence credit assessment. Awareness of different client segments, Industries & Sectors in global markets and how their business models and market behavior affect credit analysis. Familiarity with Moody's and S&P rating approaches. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
