Job Position Title: SR Associate _SAP CO _ Enterprise APP SAP _ Kolkata _ LOS - Advisory Responsibilities: · Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CO system configurations. · Implement and customize SAP Controlling (CO) modules including Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as FI, MM, SD, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of CO with other SAP modules. · Perform system testing, user training, and assist in the deployment of SAP CO solutions. · Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAP CO module issues. · Develop reports and KPIs for management reporting and decision making. · Assist in identifying process improvements in controlling and financial workflows. · Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. · Stay updated with SAP best practices, upgrades, and enhancements in the CO module. · · Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field. · Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in SAP CO module implementation and support. · Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes. · Hands-on experience with SAP CO components such as: · Cost Element Accounting (CEA) · Cost Center Accounting (CCA) · Internal Orders (IO) · Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) · Product Costing (PC) · Profit Center Accounting (PCA) · Experience integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD modules. · Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CO is a plus. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. · · Preferred Qualifications: · SAP CO Consultant certification. · Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects. · Exposure to SAP FICO integration and reporting tools like SAP BW or SAP Analytics Cloud. · Strong knowledge of cost accounting and management accounting principles. · Mandatory skill sets: SAP CO Preferred skill sets: SAP CO Years of experience required: 3 to 7 years Education qualification: Btech MBA MCA MTECH
