Job Description & Summary : Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end vendor payment process, including invoice verification, approvals, and payment follow-up. Provide monthly cost track for Tax Tech vendors to facilitate management reporting. Manage accruals, provisions, operating expenditure, capital expenditure, and depreciation. Support month-end and year-end finance closing activities including follow up with vendor for raising invoices in Supplier Management portal and internal stakeholders for the Capex Work In Progress (CWIP) and Fixed Asset Reports (FAR) details. Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment-related queries including reconciliation of invoices shared by vendors with General Ledger i.e. system generated reports. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Support audits and ensure compliance with finance policies and controls including track on monthly approvals from Project Manager on each vendor invoice, approvals on cost transfer from Opex to Capex and visa versa. Identify opportunities to improve finance and payment processes (eg. Using AI). Job Position Title: IN_Specialist 3_ Tax Tech_TRS_ Gurgaon 10C Responsibilities: Required Skills • Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting and financial reporting. • Understanding of operating and capital expenditure, fixed assets, and depreciation. • Experience in vendor payments, reconciliations, and invoice processing. • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience using AI is preferred. • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
