Job Description & Summary : Organizing, processing and analysing data and information, supporting operations within Partner Affairs, and coordinating key initiatives and projects across locations and lines of service. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, outcome focus, presentation skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to independently drive tasks from planning through execution. The individual should be tech-savvy, automation-focused, and able to identify opportunities to simplify, digitise and automate recurring processes with an analytical and creative mindset. Job Position Title : IN_Associate_HR Generalist_Partner Affairs_IFS_Mumbai/Bangalore Responsibilities : Data Analytics and Database Management: Collating, validating and maintaining information across databases to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely availability of data. Extracting, processing and analysing reports; designing customised trackers, dashboards, summaries and automation-enabled reporting solutions. Interpreting data trends, identifying insights and presenting findings in a clear, structured and visually effective manner. Supporting data compliance reviews, quality checks and audit readiness. Project and Operational Support: Planning, organising, executing and tracking internal Partner Affairs initiatives, including workplans, status updates, follow-ups and closure of action items. Coordinating with internal teams to gather requirements, define timelines, track milestones, manage dependencies and ensure timely closure of action items. Managing timely and accurate information flow among stakeholders. Managing administrative arrangements and supporting smooth execution of operational processes, with a focus on process simplification and automation. Drafting clear communications, reports, updates and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders. Mandatory skill sets : Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills (emails, reports, presentations, senior management updates). High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI). Tech-savvy with the ability to work with data, prepare trackers, create dashboards and explore automation tools. Strong project management, prioritisation, time management, organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain accuracy under tight timelines. Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented. High level of energy, ownership, enthusiasm, and self-motivation. Results-driven with an analytical, creative and automation-focused mindset. Curious and committed to continuous digital upskilling, including the ability to use AI tools.
