Senior Associate- CD Prep (Immediate Joiners)

Location: Bangalore/ Kochi

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review title commitments, title reports, and closing instructions

• Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements

• Coordinate with lenders, escrow officers, underwriters, and agents

• Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to funding

• Perform final closing package audits for accuracy and compliance

• Handle post-closing activities including document verification and issue resolution

• Manage pipeline efficiently to meet SLAs and turnaround times

• Ensure adherence to US regulatory and client-specific guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3- 6 years of experience in US Title / Closing / Settlement operations

• Strong understanding of title commitments, liens, and clearing conditions

• Hands-on experience with Closing Disclosure (CD) preparation/review

• Familiarity with mortgage lifecycle (origination to post-closing)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• High attention to detail and quality-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Good to Have:

• Experience with title software platforms (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia)

• Exposure to Escrow processes and funding

• Knowledge of TRID guidelines.
