Plan and execute database migrations and upgrades. Setup Oracle golden gate both uni-directional and bidirectional. Maintain Oracle Golden Gate synchronization with source. Identify the Oracle Golden Gate sync related issues and implement the best practices. Identify the performance issues and implement the best practices. User creation and access management.
