AI Operations Specialist - AI Agents & Automation

Position Overview

We are hiring an AI Operations Specialist to help build and scale AI-driven workflows across a fast-growing operations organization.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who can rapidly design, test, and deploy AI agents, automations, and reusable "skills" using tools like Claude, Zapier, OpenAI, n8n, Make, and related AI platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly practical, fast-moving, and comfortable turning messy business processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows. This person should be able to work independently, identify automation opportunities, and quickly build working solutions.
