Job Description:
- Knowledge of servers (Windows)
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, OSI model, SAN, NAS, Routers, Switches, Ping, Checkpoints etc.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Passionate to have a career in IT Infrastructure
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
- Resolve technical issues.
- Basic knowledge on NOC.
- Knowledge about IT Infrastructure
