Job Description:

oResult oriented professional with extensive experience in Custom Clearance & Trade Compliance

oExperienced in handling GST implementation, effective licensing, availing preferential duty benefits, handling clearances – EXIM, SVB, DEEC, EOU; DEPB, DBK, DFRC, EPCG and SEZ / STPI and Inter Unit Transfer Clearances

oManaging teams and developing & implementing operational strategies

oGood to obtain PGA process,

oCustoms Clearance like SVB, Valuation Rules, Classification, LM, BIS

oSetting various SOPs and process for Custom Clearance

oKeeping updates on latest Circulars / Notifications and Trade notice on Customs

oCustom laws and procedure, compliance, foreign trade policy, e waybill, and central excise matter, import /export policy matter

oGood knowledge of Custom Trade and compulsory compliance requirements (CCR)

oAdvance to accept latest change in customs.

oCost saving / benefits to customers by implementing solutions based on a thorough understanding of major shipping lines, regulations, tariffs, insurance, and quotee for transportation of equipment and materials.

oSupporting Sales team experience in making proposals for customers for Business Development

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Graduate, B. Com, B. Sc, and F Card

Customs Clearance / International Trade

Diploma or Degree / MBA / LLB
