As an Experienced Associate in Organizational Change Management, you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing organizational structures and processes to align with strategic goals, driving long-term success for our clients. In this role, you will analyze client needs, develop people and organization strategies, and provide guidance to optimize workforce engagement and organizational effectiveness.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and implement tailored solutions to enhance change adoption, design comprehensive communication plans, and identify training needs to support successful change initiatives. You will also engage with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of change management and foster active commitment to the plan.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to support client transformation initiatives
  • Conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform engagement plans
  • Designing and executing communication strategies to enhance stakeholder understanding and commitment
  • Identifying training needs and creating comprehensive training plans to facilitate change adoption
  • Utilizing business process analysis to optimize organizational structures and processes
  • Collaborating with clients to align organizational design with strategic goals
  • Engaging in project tasks to support the delivery of workforce transformation solutions
  • Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities
  • Participating in the development of proposals and pursuit teams with innovative approaches
  • Staying informed on trends and advancements in organizational change management

What You Must Have

  • MBA or master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).

  • 2-4 years of prior relevant work experience.

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci, or any certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Solutions, are considered a plus.

  • Experience in Consulting (preferably experience in Human Capital, Change & Communication Management, Learning Solutions, HR Transformation, or related fields).

  • Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools and capabilities (e.g., prompt engineering, AI-assisted analysis) to enhance productivity, problem solving, and delivery quality.

  • Excelling in storytelling and communication to diverse audiences

  • Thinking strategically and creatively to solve problems

  • Supporting engagement managers by addressing client needs

  • Working independently and collaboratively in team environments

  • Leveraging GenAI tools for productivity and problem-solving

  • Demonstrating proficiency in business process analysis and improvement

  • Utilizing change management frameworks for successful transformations
