As part of the Finance Solutions team you will contribute to transformative projects that enhance treasury functions for clients. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting senior staff while developing your skills in treasury management systems and financial processes. This role offers the chance to engage with leading organizations, improve their financial operations, and build meaningful connections in a fast-paced environment.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

1 year of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart

End-to-end Treasury Management System implementation/reimplementation lifecycle support

MBA in Finance from a premium B-School

Qualified CA, Certified Public Accountant, ICWA, or CM

Advising on Treasury process efficiency and effectiveness

Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:
As a team member, you will work with the US project team on engagements that may involve (but not limited to):
Knowledge required:
An ideal candidate for the Treasury Transformation practice of PwC Advisory Acceleration Center should be proficient in one or more of the below:
● Advising global organizations on improving efficiency and effectiveness in Treasury processes
● Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
● Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders
● Experience / knowledge in financial market, banking, and accounting. Familiarity with Treasury processes (e.g., cash management, financial instruments, FX and counterparty risk management, bank account management, etc.) and transaction processing, cash flow forecasting, and internal and external reporting.
● Have hands-on experience with Treasury Management System (Kyriba, FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity, GTreasury) implementation activities, including:
○ Requirements gathering and documentation,
○ System design,
○ Hands-on configuration and unit testing,
○ Developing test cases and scripts, support test execution and results documentation,
○ Data migration and reconciliation,
○ Hypercare, product support, etc.
○ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.
○ Working knowledge of any Digital Tools and accelerators such as Alteryx,
PowerBI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.would be an added advantage

● An undergraduate degree from top institutes followed by relevant work experience (Core Consulting experience would be an added bonus), or
● MBA in Finance from a premium B-School / Qualified CA / CPA/ ICWA / CMA with relevant consulting experience
