As a Global US Payroll – Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers that help address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will take ownership of your development, actively listen, and apply professional and technical standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
  • Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
  • Supporting compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinating with team members to deliver HR services efficiently
  • Utilizing HR software to maintain and update employee data
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Engaging in process documentation and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement strategies
  • Applying knowledge of HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Participating in the administration of benefits and absence management programs

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
  • Excelling in Communication and Stakeholder Communications
