As a Global US Payroll Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management within our Human Resource Operations. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and embrace ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution within our Managed Services practice. You will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
  • Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
  • Coordinating with team members to support HR operations and service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and confirming compliance with labor laws
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and generate reports
  • Assisting in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies
  • Contributing to process documentation and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery
  • Applying knowledge of HR metrics to analyze and improve operational efficiency

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Human Resources Management (HRM)
  • Utilizing skills in Employee Data Management and HR Metrics
  • Excelling in Communication and Stakeholder Communications
  • Applying knowledge of Labor Laws and Employee Relations
  • Coordinating Staff and managing Employee Life Cycle processes
