As a Global US Payroll–Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management within our Human Resource Operations. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting complex business issues from strategy to execution.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating staff to address employee inquiries and resolve issues in line with HR protocols
- Utilizing HR software and metrics to enhance service delivery and support workforce management
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining compliance with labor laws
- Implementing process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency
- Supporting employee engagement strategies and fostering a positive work environment
- Administering employee data management and documentation to validate accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address complex business issues and develop solutions
- Navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing business contexts to deliver quality outcomes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Metrics and Policies
- Utilizing HR Software for efficient employee data management
