As a Global US Payroll– Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be at the forefront of resolving complex business issues, acting as a primary HR point of contact for inquiries and issues. This role is integral to supporting our workforce efficiently and effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. Embracing ambiguity, you will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data and inform insights will be crucial in maintaining professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
  • Coordinating HR service delivery to address employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Navigating complex HR scenarios to support compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Utilizing HR software and metrics to enhance employee data management and reporting
  • Developing strategies for employee engagement and relations to foster a positive work environment
  • Implementing process improvements to streamline HR operations and increase efficiency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Upholding professional standards and guidelines in HR practices and documentation
  • Analyzing data to inform HR insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
  • Supporting HR managed services by coordinating staff and resources effectively

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
  • Utilizing HR software to enhance employee data management
  • Demonstrating analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights
