As an Oracle EPM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver strategic solutions within our Advisory Acceleration Centre. This role involves leveraging your skills to support process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while maintaining professional and technical standards.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that solves complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and personal strengths, while also providing stretch opportunities for others. Your ability to demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems will be key. Working within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will utilize a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends, enhancing your skills and contributing to the firm's success.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business issues and developing strategic solutions using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management tools
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial planning and performance management needs
- Implementing business process analysis and optimization models to enhance operational performance
- Developing and managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes to support client engagements
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
- Conducting performance assessments and creating performance reports to drive business insights
- Leading the development of business rules and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve organizational effectiveness
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct while delivering client solutions
- Engaging in continuous learning and embracing change to adapt to evolving industry trends
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
- Excelling in financial forecasting and planning budgeting
- Managing operational performance with a focus on cost management
- Developing and implementing business process analysis for optimization
