As a Quality Analyst - RCMS - Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting client engagements within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes, confirming that client needs are met with precision and efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.   • Supporting client engagement and projects through operational analysis and process optimization
  • Participating in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Utilizing automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs
  • Engaging in process mapping and data collection to identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing lean process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence
  • Collaborating with teams to develop and execute operations strategies
  • Applying Six Sigma principles to improve service operations and quality outcomes
  • Assisting in technology implementation to support operational support and analysis
  • Contributing to solution development for competitive advantage and demand management

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
