As a SAP - MM - Senior Associate, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module within an organization. You will utilize this module to streamline and automate the procurement process, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional workstream for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects, facilitating smooth transitions from legacy ECC environments. You will tackle module-specific functional conversion items, such as vendor master harmonization and open PO migration, aligning with SAP S/4HANA requirements. Your role will involve applying hands-on expertise in SAP MM, Ariba integration, and P2P process redesign to support business continuity and transformation during migration. You will drive fit-gap sessions, functional delta analysis, and handle mandatory simplification items using S/4HANA tools.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and configuring SAP Procurement modules to streamline purchasing and supplier management processes
• Planning and executing SAP Materials Management (MM) activities, including purchasing and inventory management
• Integrating SAP MM with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and other SAP modules for seamless operations
• Conducting AS-IS studies and gap analysis to develop and configure solutions that meet client standards
• Creating presentation decks and process flows using Microsoft Visio to illustrate proposed business processes
• Developing Process Definition Documents and Business Process Procedures for client solutions
• Leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects, confirming smooth transitions from legacy systems
• Managing vendor master harmonization and open PO migration in alignment with SAP S/4HANA requirements
• Applying SAP MM and Ariba integration skills to support business continuity during migrations
• Driving fit-gap sessions and functional delta analysis using S/4HANA tools for process optimization
• Preparing test scripts and conducting testing post-MM upgrades to validate system functionality

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
