As a SAP - Syniti - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Working closely with clients, you will develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills within our Technology Consulting practice to provide exceptional client support, utilizing a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
• Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence
• Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and enhance data quality
• Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
• Integrating data from various sources to create comprehensive data solutions
• Implementing data quality improvement plans to enhance data accuracy and reliability
• Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud for data integration and migration tasks
• Supporting clients in achieving their strategic objectives through data-driven consulting
• Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
• Utilizing SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Migration skills
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
• Leveraging data visualization and data quality improvement plans
