Job Title: Associate – ServiceNow Developer (GRC) --- Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management).
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support and enhance existing GRC implementations and resolve platform-related issues.
• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and metrics for risk and compliance tracking.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

• Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.

• Proficiency in:

  • JavaScript
  • Glide API
  • ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)

• Experience with:

  • Workflow/Flow Designer
  • Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • ACLs and security rules

• Good understanding of ITSM processes and GRC frameworks.

• Experience in configuring forms, tables, UI policies, and reports.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• GRC/IRM certification is a plus
• Experience working in Agile environments
