Job Title: Associate - AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Work on AI workflows, automation, and data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Build and optimize NLP, computer vision, or predictive models
• Develop data pipelines and ensure model performance and scalability
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy over time
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Good understanding of NLP / Computer Vision / Deep Learning concepts
• Experience in building and deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and model deployment
