Junior Associate - ServiceNow

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration and customization of various ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Support the implementation of ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior ServiceNow consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Participate in the testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Provide support for end-users by resolving incidents and issues related to ServiceNow modules.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Participate in user training sessions and workshops.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow processes and functionality.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
