Job Description

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, emphasizing communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.

• Apply hands-on coding skills to understand technical complexities, contribute to problem-solving, and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with development teams to assess feasibility, identify potential roadblocks, and recommend technical solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement contingency plans as necessary to ensure project success.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure transparency and alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on project status through written reports, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with QA teams to establish and enforce quality standards for software development.
• Implement and manage testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor and control project expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
• Strong coding background with proficiency in relevant programming languages.
• In-depth understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
