ServiceNow Intern – Job Description (Brief)

Role Summary:

The ServiceNow Intern will support the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role offers hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow automation, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
• Support development of workflows, forms, and business rules
• Perform data entry, data imports, and basic scripting (JavaScript)
• Help troubleshoot issues and provide user support
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and document processes
• Participate in testing, deployment, and system upgrades

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform or ITSM concepts
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or web technologies (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
