Job Overview:

As a Frontend Developer Intern at QK Wash, you will work alongside our experienced development team to build and enhance the user-facing elements of our web platform. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in React JS, HTML, and CSS. This internship offers hands-on experience and a valuable opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces: Implement responsive, high-performance web pages using React JS, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless, user-friendly applications.
• Write clean, efficient code: Follow best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability, while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Debugging and testing: Identify and fix bugs, optimize code for performance, and test the frontend code to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Learn and grow: Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of React JS: Hands-on experience with building components, handling state, props, and using hooks.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS: Understanding of web fundamentals and ability to create well-structured, semantic HTML and responsive, visually appealing designs using CSS.
• Familiarity with version control: Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles: Familiarity with best practices for creating user-friendly interfaces and layouts.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript: Understanding of core JavaScript concepts and experience with DOM manipulation and events.
• Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and flawless user experiences.
• Good communication skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills (Optional, but a Plus):

• Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, TailwindCSS).
• Familiarity with API integration and handling asynchronous operations (e.g., Fetch API, Axios).
• Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
