Requirements

Key job responsibilities for DAML Sr Engineer:

• Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights.

• Excellent data driven storytelling skills.

• Create and deliver compelling dashboards with visualization, and writing the document to explain the analysis, and providing insights.

• Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple way.

• Advanced in SQL, ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables, creating the appropriate joins, extracting, and manipulating data, formatting fields, creating new measures and metrics, etc.

• Working experience with visualization tools (Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), ability to create interactive, user-friendly, and compelling dashboards and reports.

• Fluency with an advanced analytical tool (Python, R, SAS, etc.) - ability to run advanced statistical modeling and testing in one of the above languages.

• Experience in working with databases and data mining techniques in a business environment

• Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.

• Be well-versed in cloud technologies, specifically AWS services, and have a robust understanding of Machine Learning models, especially in the domain of AWS Sagemaker.

• Collaborate closely with Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to enhance our AIOps product development

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models on AWS Sagemaker.

• Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time performance.

• Document all processes, models, and procedures to ensure best practices.

• Design and implement data pipelines using AWS Glue and orchestrate workflows with Airflow for batch, streaming, and API ingestion.

• Develop API ingestion pipelines using AWS API Gateway.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to enhance the data ingestion framework using AWS native services.

• Build and enhance Python, PySpark-based frameworks for ingestion.

• Utilize AWS Data Services such as Glue, EMR, Airflow, CloudWatch, Lambda, Step Functions, and Event Triggers.

• Act as a senior engineer with a sole interaction point with different business functional teams.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a complex work environment, focusing on high-value activities.
