Job Title: Ad Operations Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–3 Years
Role Summary:
Looking for an Ad Operations Executive to manage ad scheduling, delivery, and playback across cinema screens using internal systems. The role involves monitoring campaigns, handling L1 troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless ad execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule ads using internal tools
Monitor ad playback and delivery of Ads
Basic troubleshooting for scheduling/delivery issues
Coordinate with tech/internal teams for quick resolution
Maintain logs and ensure SLA adherence
Requirements:
2–3 years in Media Ops / Ad Ops / Content Delivery
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork
Basic knowledge of media workflows & file formats
Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred:
Experience in cinema/broadcast/digital ad operations
