Senior Lead Engineer - DFT-Timing

We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Engineer specializing in DFT-DV to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in DFT-DV pattern support, DVT, reset bring up, and other related tasks. As a Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of DFT-DV strategies and techniques. Key Responsibilities

• Perform DFT timing analysis and closure for Tile and SoC-level designs.
• Analyze and debug setup/hold violations in scan and test modes.
• Work on STA for scan shift, capture, at-speed, and MBIST modes.
• Support DFT timing constraints development and validation.
• Collaborate with DFT, STA, PD, and design teams for timing closure.
• Debug timing issues related to scan chains, test clocks, and low-power modes.
• Support GLS and timing signoff activities for DFT modes.
• Develop scripts and automation for timing checks and reporting.
• Participate in design reviews and closure discussions.

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics/ECE/VLSI/Microelectronics or related field
