We're building MindFleet—the AI-native Operating System for autonomous enterprises.

Not just an AI chatbot. Not just automation. A real operating system where 13 AI personas (CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO, etc.) act as your virtual C-suite, each with specialized agents that make decisions and execute work.

In 4 days, our interns built 170 commits + 60 live agents. This is not your typical "intern fetches coffee" story. This is "intern builds real product shipped to customers."

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're scaling from 2 to 15 engineers in the next 3 months.

We need Full-Stack AI engineers who:

• Can ship real code, not learn-by-doing sidelines

• Want to master Agentic AI systems (not become a mid-level web developer)

• See this as a launch pad to leadership (not just a job)

• Are comfortable with intense learning velocity

Requirements

WHO WE'RE LOOKING

FOR, You're a CS/AI graduate who:

• Codes regularly (GitHub shows commits, not course projects)

• Curious about AI—not intimidated, actively interested

• Can explain your own projects (shows real learning, not copy-paste)

• Handles ambiguity ("how should I approach this?" not "tell me what to do")

• Ships code fast (MVP > perfect)

• Sees this as a growth opportunity (not a resume line)

NOT looking for:

• "I did a boot-camp course" mentality (we need builders, not learners)

• People intimidated by AI tools (we use Copilot/Claude daily)

• 9-5 mindset (intensity required)

• "What's the exact job description?" people (role emerges from execution)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Weeks 1-2: Onboarded by our tech architect. Learn our Agentic architecture. Read 500+ pages of docs (seriously, this is your superpower).

-Weeks 3-4: Build your first agent (small, real, shipped to customers).

• Month 1: 50+ commits. 3-4 shipped agents. Your code is being used.

• Months 2-3: 100+ commits. Mentoring starts (someone junior asks you questions). Exceptional ones get full-time offers.

• Months 3-6: 150+ commits. Core systems builder. Talking about "what should our architecture be?"

Location: Panaiyur, ECR, Chennai

Work Style: Intense, focused, documented. 500+ pages means you always know what, why, when you should be building. No ambiguity on direction.

AI-First: We use AI daily. Copilot for coding, Claude for design, Perplexity for research. You'll learn how to work WITH AI, not against it.

Team: You'll be part of founding team experience.

Compensation: ₹12K/month base. Performance-based growth
