Technical Recruiter

Requirement Gathering - Job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as

well to ask questions that'll help you identify the right candidate(s)

• Sourcing and screening - Source and screen the relevant profiles towards the JD and update

the database (ATS).

• Interview Panels and process - is expected to coordinate between the different panels to

make sure they are available at the right time, have clarity around the rounds and make sure

of the required assessments/ Assignments are completed.

• Should follow through with the candidates in the scheduling of interviews and keep them warm

throughout the process.

• Offer process - Get the offer approval, documents, BGV. Keep the candidate till the

candidate joins.

Requirements

• Ability to build strong relationships

• Ability to learn technical information

• Self-confidence and self starter

• Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting

• Good written and verbal communication skills

Hands-on experience working with job portal like LinkedIn, Angellist etc.
