Operation -Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily marketplace and backend operational activities. The role involves SKU management, reconciliation, order processing, reporting, support claim handling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities- - Create and manage SKU masters across ERP and internal systems. - Prepare and maintain sales and returns reports/files. - Monitor and verify order allocation status across platforms. - Track and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) reports for operational efficiency. - Create and manage invoices on Amazon and other marketplaces. - Perform marketplace reconciliations, especially for Flipkart and Amazon. - Handle support claims and operational issues raised on marketplaces. - Coordinate and communicate with vendor and marketplace teams for issue resolution. - Validate product masters, pricing, inventory, and listing data across all platforms. - Coordinate with warehouse teams for product dimensions, weight updates, and operational alignment. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve listing and catalog-related errors if any. - Ensure data accuracy and process compliance in daily operational activities. - Prepare operational MIS reports of Order TAT, logistics performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications- - 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or service industry. - Strong understanding of ERP, OMS, and WMS systems. - Good knowledge of marketplace operations such as Amazon and Flipkart. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in execution. - Good communication and coordination abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
