A Plant HR (Human Resources) is responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions at a manufacturing or production facility. They ensure compliance with labor laws, foster a positive work environment, and align HR strategies with the plant's operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Workforce PlanningManage hiring and retention of plant employees.Work with Sr. HR Manager to forecast manpower requirements.Employee Relations & EngagementAddress grievances and employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.Compliance & Labor LawsEnsure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.Manage relationships with labor unions, if applicable.Workplace Safety & WelfareCollaborate with safety officers to enforce health and safety regulations.Implement wellness programs and ensure a safe working environment.HR Data & ReportingMaintain HR records, analyze workforce trends, and provide reports to management.Use HR analytics for decision-making and workforce planning.

Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
