    • Strong understanding of 5G NR architecture and protocol stack.
    • Good knowledge of 3GPP standards (Rel-15/16/17).
    • Hands-on experience in 5G NR Layer 2 (MAC/RLC/PDCP) development.
    • Proficiency in C/C++ programming. Knowledge of multi-threading and concurrency.
    • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with tools like Wireshark, protocol analyzers, log analysis tools.
    • Familiarity with hardware-based test tools such as TM500 or UE simulators and protocol analyzers like QXDM, QCAT is a plus.
    • Proficiency in GIT, Jenkins (CI/CD), and JIRA for agile development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Layer 2 protocols (MAC, RLC, PDCP) for 5G NR.
    • Work on scheduling algorithms, resource allocation, and QoS handling in MAC layer.
    • Contribute to documentation, including design specs and test plans.
    • Analyze and debug Layer 2 issues using logs, traces, and protocol analyzers.
    • Collaborate with Layer 1 and Layer 3 teams for end-to-end feature integration.
    • Ensure compliance with 3GPP specifications for 5G NR.
    • Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization.
    • Work on throughput, latency, and reliability improvements in RAN.Support field testing, interoperability testing, and customer issue resolution
