| KPI's | * Knowledge in at least one or more of the below sub modules of Successfactors (Priority as per chronological order): 1. Time Management (Time Tracking, Time Sheets, Time Off) 2. Recruitment (RCM & RMK) 3. Onboarding & Off Boarding 4. Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) 5. Compensation 6. Learning (LMS) 7. Payroll (ECP): Employee Central Payroll 8. Employee Central 9. Integration (with in SF, SAP & other 3rd party tools) |
| Other Responsibilities | * Supporting of all above submodules of Successfactors * Import and Export data * Yearly activities * Good to have knowledge in SAP ECC * Co-ordinate with HR Team for issue closures |
