Assistant Product Manager

OurBus is India's leading intercity bus booking platform, connecting passengers, agents, and corporates through innovative technology. We are building the future of mobility with data-driven decision-making and AI-enhanced products to optimize user experience, revenue, and operational efficiency. We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager who is heavily data-driven and comfortable leveraging AI tools to support product development and decision-making. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and analytics teams to help define, design, and launch impactful features that improve OurBus' platform for passengers, agents, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features for web, app, and backend systems. Analyze product and business metrics to uncover insights and drive data-backed decisions. Use AI tools to support product research, workflow optimization, and user experience enhancements. Support in roadmap planning, feature specification, and requirement documentation. Monitor KPIs and generate dashboards for passenger experience, agent operations, and revenue metrics. Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features. Assist in A/B testing, product experiments, and post-launch analysis. Experience: 2–3 years in product management, data analysis, or a similar role in a tech company. Data Skills: Strong experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and analytics platforms (GA, Clevertap, etc.). AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools relevant for product management Product Knowledge: Understanding of product lifecycle, feature prioritization, and agile methodologies. Communication: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-first mindset.
