About Together Hospitality

Together Hospitality operates a portfolio of restaurants and bars including Elephant & Co (multiple outlets), Cobbler & Crew, Juju, Gather, and the upcoming Izipizy St.
We build hospitality brands that are creatively led, operationally sound, and deeply loved by guests.

We are hiring a Brand Manager (Outlet / Cluster) to own day-to-day brand execution, public perception, and reputation management for assigned outlets.

Role Overview

The Brand Manager is the single point of ownership for how a brand is represented across assigned outlets, digital platforms, and public-facing channels.

This role exists to translate approved strategy, campaigns, and creative direction into consistent, high-quality execution, while actively protecting and strengthening the brand's public reputation.

The Brand Manager does not create strategy or creative direction.
They ensure that approved plans are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with operational realities, without constant supervision.

The role works closely with marketing leadership, creative teams, operations teams, and external partners.

8. Reporting & Issue Escalation

  • Track execution status and highlight risks early
