Zoho Admin

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Creator, etc.) to align with business processes and objectives.
• Integrate Zoho applications with other systems and third-party applications as needed.
• Design and implement workflows, automation, and scripts using Deluge or other scripting languages.
• Manage user access and permissions across Zoho applications.
• Perform data migration, ensure data integrity, and support data management tasks.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications to end-users.
• Stay informed about new Zoho features and functionalities and evaluate their potential for adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance with data protection regulations within Zoho applications.
