Analyst ? Lease Abstraction (Chennai)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Abstracting the Key information (Financial & Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.
• Abstracting the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering in the
• Lease Abstract Form.
• Analysing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries

Skill Set / Competencies Required

• Very good written English communication
• Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses
• Analytical and Reasoning skill
• Attention to detail
• Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement
• Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE would be added advantage
