Associate ? Lease Abstraction (Chennai)

Duties and Responsibilities?

• Abstracting the Key information (Financial & Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.??
• Abstracting the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering in the Lease Abstract Form.??
• Analysing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries?

Skill Set / Competencies Required?

• Very good written English communication,??
• Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses,??
• Analytical and Reasoning skill??
• Attention to detail??
• Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement.?
• Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE would be added advantage?
