About the Team

Short stays' sales team is a separate structure @ Housing and the team is focused on building inventory and relationship management with the clients. Estimated team size will be about 100, spread across the leisure travel destinations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Build and manage a dynamic, world class sales team
• Be a part of core team and contribute to overall category strategy
• Devise strategies to ensure supply side stickiness
• Sales target setting and achievement

Job Specifications

• Education- Graduation mandatory
• Must have managed a large team of FOS
• Experience in Travel Accommodation industry is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent team management skills
