Client Delivery manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Client Delivery Manager to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients. This role requires overseeing end-to-end delivery of services and projects, managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining excellent communication across all involved parties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to drive client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. Advanced certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client delivery, account management, or project management roles, with proven experience as SPOC.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing diverse client and internal stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and software development lifecycle preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in geographically dispersed environments.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
