The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing ATS systems and Zoho Recruit, to drive quick and efficient hiring processes. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment using ATS and Zoho Recruit
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline
• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize hiring

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (preferred)
• Experience with quick-hire/urgent recruitment processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
