Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of Business Analyst(s) as per the engagement or self-drive Primary research:

o Conduct / Moderate Expert/Industry ecosystem / Consumer interviews to collect the required information.

o This will require creating holistic questionnaire(s) as per the key hypothesis areas and then reaching out / guiding the team to reach out to the interviewees through internal / external sources.

o For Customer surveys, work with the related internal stakeholders to make sure that things are moving as per plan.

• Effective Collaboration with Team Members: Proactively collaborate with Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.

• Consulting Frame of Reference: Work with founders and CXO's directly to help address business problems through research involving competitive intelligence, GTM strategy inputs, market sizing, pitch-book support etc.

• Secondary Research: Supplement the findings with adequate secondary research as required through usage of online market research / internal Redseer IP.

• Analysis: Ability to analyse data to come up with recommendations on the work-stream as allocated. Usage of tools (e.g. knowledge of advanced excel, any other analytical tools to fast track the analysis, appetite for any tech tools to fast track the analysis will be a plus).

• Report Writing: Develop excel models including business models, market sizing frameworks, and financial models, to support hypothesis-driven problem solving.

• Create structured, insight-driven client presentations, ensuring clear storyline development and good horizontal and vertical logic in deck flow.

• Client Interaction as required: Present findings for your work-stream to the client and manage the client on small / integrated projects for your pieces.

Requirements

Candidate requirements:

Tier-1 B-school with 1-3 years of experience

• Previous consulting/ strategy role is a plus

• Excellent time management and organization skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to people management and team development.

• Ability to lead small project teams of BAs with experience - Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial set up.

• General awareness is a must.
