Trainee - CRM

The Customer Relationship Trainee is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring prompt order processing, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves using ZOHO CRM to manage customer data, track leads, and generate reports that facilitate seamless sales and service operations. Key responsibilities include submitting quotations within 24 hours, processing Sales Orders in SAP, coordinating order fulfillment, managing demo devices, maintaining customer records in ZOHO CRM, identifying process improvements, preparing MIS reports, following up on accounts receivable, collaborating with the sales team, and demonstrating proficiency in SAP, ZOHO CRM, and Excel. The role requires a commitment to communication, problem-solving, customer focus, attention to detail, and team collaboration.

Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail are required. Proficiency in SAP, ZOHO CRM, and Excel is also necessary.
