Sr. Full Stack Developer

The Opportunity

Join a stable Erode-based construction firm as our first technical hire. You will build a ground-up SaaS platform to digitize construction workflows—from site tracking and labor management to billing and scheduling. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design and develop the core web and mobile application from scratch.
• Full Stack Ownership: Build responsive React.js frontends and robust Node.js/Python backends.
• Database & DevOps: Design SQL schemas and manage cloud deployments (AWS/GCP).
• Integration: Implement SMS alerts, payment gateways, and file storage.

Technical Requirements

• Frontend: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Backend: Node.js (Express) or Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Mobile: React Native or Flutter (Cross-platform).
• Cloud/DevOps: AWS/GCP basics, Git/GitHub.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 3–7 years in full-stack development with a strong portfolio/GitHub.
• Autonomous: Ability to own the technical roadmap and work independently.
• Problem Solver: Excited to solve real-world operational gaps in the Indian construction sector.
