Design Thinking & Strategy

• Transform complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions that feel like second nature

Hands-On Creation

• Design stunning interfaces that work beautifully across web

• Build and maintain design systems that scale with style

Collaboration & Impact

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (we promise they're cool people)
• Present design concepts with confidence and storytelling flair
• Mentor other designers and spread the gospel of good UX
• Stay ahead of design trends while keeping user needs at the center

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that makes us go "whoa"
• Figma wizard-level skills (bonus points if you know shortcuts we don't)
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• User research and usability testing experience
• Understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities
