Job Summary:
The Collection Executive will be responsible for recovering pending dues from E Rikshaw's customer's, ensuring timely payments, maintaining good customer relations, and adhering to company and compliance standards. The role involves field visits and regular follow-ups to achieve monthly collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for EMI/overdue payments through calls, visits & other communication modes.
Conduct field visits to customers for collections and verification as required.
Ensure timely deposit of collected payments in accordance with company policies.
Investigate and resolve customer issues related to payments/loan accounts.
Coordinate with managers to ensure smooth collection operations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets as assigned.
Escalate high-risk cases to senior management and take appropriate action.
Comply with company guidelines, legal norms, and ethical collection practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication & negotiation skills
Customer handling skills
Basic understanding of loan/finance process
Ability to work under pressure & meet targets
Field Collection experience preferred
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred
1–3 years of experience in Collections / Recovery / Field Sales (NBFC/Banks preferred)
Freshers with good communication & field willingness may also apply.
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
Willingness to travel for field collection
Local candidate preferred
